This covers vacation, personal, and sick days. Team members can use their PTO as they see fit. Additionally, we offer 8 paid public holidays.
Our parental leave policy offers up to 12 weeks annually for bonding with a newborn, adoption, or caring for a seriously ill family member. This leave is partially paid at 67% of the average weekly wage, capped by state limits.
We offer 3 additional paid days off for the loss of a parent, sibling, child, spouse, legal partner, or grandparent.
We will cover 75% of the medical insurance premium, allowing access to high-quality healthcare with ease. Additionally, we offer 50% coverage for the dependents.
