I first came across Orbem during my internship in France. In 2023, I was interning at one of Orbem’s very first customers during my final year of university. That’s how I got to discover their team and experience the tech from the customer side, and I immediately fell in love with their mindset and vision.
My favorite aspect of working at Orbem would be the amazing culture and diversity. Everyone has a unique perspective, is super friendly, and always willing to help out in a pinch. Team dynamics are also social and collaborative to allow for a nurturing but productive work environment!
Besides the impact we create with our technological innovation, it’s the team and collaborative spirit that truly stand out for me. At Orbem, we have a highly diverse and international team, and we work on interdisciplinary projects. This brings a wealth of perspectives to the table. I am convinced that this helps us develop out-of-the-box solutions for pressing challenges.
Orbem has been a journey of self-discovery for me; everything from refining my communication style to honing my leadership approach. I’ve learned to dig into the “why” behind each decision I take, which has sharpened both my professional and personal growth.

This covers vacation, personal, and sick days. Team members can use their PTO as they see fit. Additionally, we offer 8 paid public holidays.
Our parental leave policy offers up to 12 weeks annually for bonding with a newborn, adoption, or caring for a seriously ill family member. This leave is partially paid at 67% of the average weekly wage, capped by state limits.
We offer 3 additional paid days off for the loss of a parent, sibling, child, spouse, legal partner, or grandparent.
We will cover 75% of the medical insurance premium, allowing access to high-quality healthcare with ease. Additionally, we offer 50% coverage for the dependents.
